BAUHAUS-ARCHIV
Print Design | Typography
INTRODUCTION
This project involves exploring diverse poster design concepts to promote three current exhibitions at the Bauhaus-Archiv Museum in Berlin, Germany, alongside creating logo explorations that align with the museum’s identity and design principles.
RESEARCH AND THINKING
The first step is to develop multiple logo variations that reflect the Bauhaus-Archiv Museum’s essence. These explorations incorporate key design elements such as vertical text and foundational shapes—squares, circles, and triangles—integral to Bauhaus design principles. Once a final logo variation is selected, the focus shifts to gathering and integrating information about the museum’s current exhibitions, sourced directly from its website, to craft engaging and cohesive poster designs.
